My name is Mona Bhatt of Eternal Healing Ayurveda in Boston, MA. Eternal Healing Ayurveda emerged over the years from my lifelong mission to help rejuvenate the mind and body of those with illness or discomfort. My wish and mission at Eternal Healing Arts are to share the beauty of my healing art, help people discover the passion that drives them in life, and create a continuous renewal of mind, body, and soul.
Like many of you, I was born and brought up in a middle-class happy family in Mumbai, India, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from Mumbai university. As a child, I was always upbeat and ready to help others and run around if my elders asked me to do something for them, and I would always get joy. Growing up, our family has always followed the Ayurvedic routines without deep knowledge of Ayurveda which was passed on from generation.
My grandfather was a true healer; remember that people used to line up in front of him for bad headaches, migraines, fever, and other body pains, and he would pinch a nerve with ash. The person would be pain-free,he also made many herb mixtures at home, and we were forced to use them daily like homemade chyawanprash. After working in many different industries and corporations, Nature opened the door for me to Ayurveda, where my heart resided, and here I am with An Eternal Healing Ayurveda. Emerged over the years from my lifelong passion & mission to help people to heal & rejuvenate the mind and bodies of those suffering from unhappiness, illness, or discomfort. It is my wish and the mission at Eternal Healing Ayurveda to share the beauty of my healing art and help people discover and understand themself with the principal of ayurveda and the passion that drives them in life and create a continuous renewal of mind, body, and soul.

Eternal Healing Ayurveda utilizes the natural principles of Ayurvedic healing to manipulate the body's energy with my hands and employ massages infused with holistic herbs to deliver targeted relief to painful areas. My education and training have taken me across the globe, with credentials from Kerala Ayurveda Institute, Ayurvedic Institute, and Dhanwantri Kerala Ayurveda in India.

Yes, I was also part of the same society where we were brainwashed with happiness. And that was the Birth of my Eternal Healing Arts Emerged.

OUR APPROACH

Ayurveda is a traditional Hindu approach to holistic healing and whole-body wellness that originated over 6,000 years ago in India. Ayurveda is founded on the balance of mind, body, and spirit through the use of a wholesome diet, healing herbs, and other holistic treatments.

ROUTINE

Yoga and Ayurveda are viewed as sister sciences in the ancient Vedic texts, outlining a harmony between the healing and spiritual sides within a person.

Ayurvedic Yoga Routines are designed to complement your specific Dosha and body type requirements. Practicing Ayurvedic Yoga can be very different when compared to a traditional yoga class you hay have attended. Ayur-Yoga is a custom-tailored regime that blends the restorative, healthy benefits of Ayurveda; with the spiritual, wholesome benefits of traditional Yoga.

Ayurvedic Yoga practices can be customized for beginners or experienced yoga enthusiasts, and every skill level in-between! Contact our Ayurvedic Practitioners today for a consultation!

NUTRITION

The diet of an individual has a direct connection to their wellness in life. In Ayurveda, food intake is used to understand current conditions and treat disease with nourishing food. A person's preferences for food and tastes can help an Ayurvedic Practitioner understand the unique Dosha composition and learn what the specific individual's diet requires. The guidelines of a holistic Ayurvedic diet are wholesome vegetables, meats, and dairy. Vegetables, rice, and legumes form the three foundational pillars of a wholesome diet that nourishes the body and provides energy and nutrients throughout the day.

BODY TYPES

Doshas in traditional Ayurveda refer to the elemental substances that make up each person: Pitta, Vata, and Kapha. Ayurveda texts suggest that someone with a balanced Dosha will be found in a state of greater health, and it is when the Doshas in a person is found in an imbalanced proportion do diseases and other discomforts manifest themselves in the body. Each person possesses a unique combination of the three elemental Dosha, and the practice of Ayurveda aims to bring the Doshas into equal proportion so health and peace can be enjoyed in life. Your unique mix of the Doshas in your body will reflect your personality and emotional temperament. By understanding the composition of your Doshas, our Ayurvedic Practitioners can recommend the perfect Ayurvedic regime to implement in your life for health and results!

DIAGNOSIS

Healing Practitioners in Ayurvedic Medicine understand and view the human as a complex organism, taking into account one's physical existence, mental existence, and personality. Our Ayurvedic Counselors employ the five senses to diagnose ailments, prescribe holistic treatments, and monitor the successful application of Ayurvedic body treatments. The Ayurvedic consultation process includes three phases, where the practitioner will be able to understand better the patient and the ailments they are experiencing.
