WOW, what an incredible experience. Had a massage from Mona today and I have to say, it was the best massage I have ever received. She tailored the experience to my healing needs, had some pain in my shoulders and neck. She is a super sweet lady, who listens and is genially interested in understanding how she can best help you heal. They make their own natural Ayurvedic oils with herbs too. Mona give fabulous therapeutic massages. I was having eustachian tube dysfunction for 6 weeks after a viral illness and went to see her. She fixed this issue when I had made no ground/improvement with stretching, yoga and exercise. She has also helped my knee pain after I had an injury (presumedly meniscal tear). She uses traditional Ayurvedic techniques. She is obviously familiar with trigger points and knows how to relieve musculoskeletal tensions and pain. She has a high level of knowledge about fascial planes and how scar tissue in the fascia can contribute to pain and subluxations. She also gave a massage to my kiddo who was having asymmetrical leg pain/stiffness (and refusing to stretch as it hurts) and this was awesome. After the massage, my child said: I feel like I sprouted wings!! I think Mona is friends will all the magic animals and sprinkled fairy dust on me. I highly recommend massage and services with Mona. We will be going back!

Highly recommend a session with Mona Bhatt! She is incredibly caring, patient and persistent to help her patients. What struck me the most in our first session was that she truly considers the holistic nature of an individual - emotional, physical and spiritual health. She gave a packet full of recommendations including diet, physical exercises, meditation practices, Ayurvedic herbs, etc. Something to keep in mind - nothing will happen overnight. You will need to be patient with the process, but trust that it will work eventually. It took me almost a year to see results, but I feel much more confident now in my body and mind!
